11 Illegal Aliens Captured in Kanawha County

State Police make arrest after traffic stop in Institute.
INSTITUTE -- Eleven illegal aliens are in federal custody after West Virginia state police make an arrest in Institute.

Just before 4 p.m. authorities observed a gold 2002 Toyota Sienna with California registration 4YWH376. Police say he driver of the Toyota made several unlawful lane changes and the trooper pulled the vehicle over.

When the trooper approached the vehicle, he determined that the Toyota contained a total of 11 adults each of which admitted to being unlawfully present in the United States.

* Rosa Salguero-Godoy, Guatemala

* Claudia Estrada-Cruz, Guatemala

* Yeny Abarca-Morales, El Salvadora

* Jose Chajon-Lemus, Mexico

* Jose Garcia-Palacio, Guatemala

* Raymundo Diaz-Garcia, Guatemala

* Elmer Cotzajay-Perez, Mexico

* Victor Arias-Valdez, Mexico

* Holger Parra-Nobia, Ecudor

* Denis Hernandes-Gonzales, Mexico

* Ruben Velazquez, Guatemala Authorities say the aliens were travelling from Los Angeles and were en route to Baltimore, Maryland. Each of the aliens have been housed at the South Central Regional Jail to be placed in deportation proceedings.
