A decorated Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputy was shot to death during a routine traffic stop by an illegal alien with four prior arrests in four different states.

I don't think the attorney has a leg to stand on. Being too drunk and high is absolutely no excuse for killing someone. And the jury being influenced by a crying wife in the front row, she was exercising her freedom of speech, sometimes not necessarily in words.
