I agree. But that is not the way Washington is reading it. So we put NG down there as long as they don't actually do anything, such as carrying weapons. AND THAT'S THE REALITY!

You must think me a god. No, I do not have the authority to order the troops armed and order them and the rest of our military to defend our borders, like we have them do in other countries.
