    I have an even better idea. How about we prosecute each illegal that submits such a refund request for working and living here illegally for the last three years on a host of offenses such as, lying on their job application, using a fake or stolen social security number, failure to file with the IRS for previous wages earned, etc. Once that is done, we investigate every single employer that the illegals listed and prosecute each one that knowingly hired the illegal alien!

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe anyone that makes over $6,200 for the year is required by law to file with the IRS.
