Hunter should not have endorsed anyone. The truth is that of the remaining canidates you can find something where they supported some sort of program or special treatment of illegal aliens.Ron paul may be the exception but even in his past he has votes favoring soft policies on illegals.

So now I have been betrayed twice. First by Tancredo who I strongly supported for years. Now by Hunter who I voted for in the NH primary after Tancredo dropped out. This sickens me that I actually casted a vote for Hunter in the primary- I should have written in Lou like I was thinking!

What is happening to our movement. I guess we are finding out that they are all just politicians afterall and play politics like the rest of them. I feel ill.

I'm sick about this. I worked hard for Hunter here in CA. I just sent him an email expressing my extreme displeasure.

    Hunter Supporter

Maybe Huckabee has given Duncan the impression that there's a place for him in a Huckabee administration.

I've come to terms with Tancredo endorsing Romney. Maybe eventually I can come to terms with Hunter endorsing Huckabee.

I'm waiting to see what's up Thompson's sleeve.

    WHAT?!

Arkansas Republicans have warned us not to trust Mike Hukabee! They say that, while he is extremely charming and engaging, he effectively destroyed the conservative Republican Party in Arkansas. I, too, supported Hunter, and am extremely disappointed he would endorse Huckabee. I had hoped there might be a Cabinet position for Hunter under Romney.

I do understand the disappointment but I guess it's better to have found this out now.

What if we had ended up with a Hunter/Huckabee ticket? Or Huckabee had been given some appointment where he could have really put the screws to us?

This whole thing is becoming so bizarre and confusing. Has there ever been an election process like it which anyone here can remember?

If we recall Duncan questioned Romney in one of the debates about the State health care program Romney compromised on. Maybe Duncan was not satisfied with Romney's answer!

Tancredo was for the National ID ad is Romney with a National database for illegals with an indestructable card. Duncan possibly could not relate also Roy Beck has rated Huckabee down the list against immigration as being better, not that I agree with the latter!
