These border jumpers should have no right at all to see a judge and should be immediately processed for removal.

Our courts are not back logged because of immigration enforcement, they are back logged because of incompetive activist judges who are trying to side-step the law or even worst, change the law by over reaching there authority at the bench in a low level court.

The immigration judges should be required to submit a report every 6 months of there judicated immigration cases to Federal authorities and be held accountable for activist rulings in granting free passes to remain in the country in spite of immigration violations, criminal history, multiple traffic violations included DUI.
