Why President Bush Sided with Mexican Killers

Is the president of the United States taking his cue from defenders of killers from Mexico? It sounds like the plot from a B horror movie – but FSM Contributing Editor Cliff Kincaid assures us it is not. Read on to see how rape and murder in Texas could have direct implications on our national sovereignty.

The U.S. Supreme Court’s hearing of the case, Medellin v. Texas, has reminded the American people of President Bush’s terrible tendency to put the foreign interests of Mexico above those of the United States. But the case, being heard on October 10th, is significant for another reason. It demonstrates the dangers of passing global treaties and getting involved with international courts and tribunals. The Senate should remember this lesson as it ponders ratification of the U.N.’s Law of the Sea Treaty, which creates an International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and various “dispute resolution panelsâ€

Just more reasons why we need to amputate ourselves from both the UN and this crap world court treaty. What a joke.

He sided with them because he's signed our sovereignty and our Constitution over in treaties.

"This is the case before the Supreme Court on October 10th. A decision, as Bellinger indicated, is expected next year."

Having read extensively about the supreme court and the staff working for the justices who do most of the work, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for decisions like this not to be rendered within a month.

This is just another example of government arrogance.

Ironically, Bush does not acknowledge the War Crimes Tribunal of the Hague. He wants to give away the sovereignty of the US to every tribunal and treaty on the planet, but he refuses to recognize the one tribunal that could investigate him and put him on trial for war crimes! If Iraq should ever sign onto this tribunal, Bush could be investigated for war crimes!

Also, the NAU will have it's own tribunal or court of law that will trump our own Supreme Court! We'll end up having Mexico and all of Latin America imposing THEIR decisions on the US! What a recipe for disaster!

I truly think Bush would be better off retiring to Paraquay....I'm sure Texas doesn't want him back in their State and neither does anyone else! He's a madman!
