JUNEAU — A Beaver Dam man who allegedly impregnated a 14-year-old girl has been charged with repeated sexual assault of a child.

Eliu Garcia Carmona, 24, 104 Lakecrest Drive No. 206, was held on $10,000 cash bond after making his initial Dodge County Circuit Court appearance Friday.

Garcia Carmona admitted to having sex with the girl on three occasions and said that impregnating her was a mistake, according to the criminal complaint.

The girl told authorities that Garcia Carmona used the alias Kevin Flores and gave her ages that ranged from 17 to 23 years old. Garcia Carmona is an illegal alien and told investigators he had been using a false Social Security number, according to the complaint.

He is scheduled to return to court Jan. 10 for a preliminary examination. If convicted of the felony charge he faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
