    Not sure what is going on in some of these other states, but thank God North Carolina ruled correctly on the Montes situation and the children go with the parents, regardless of where they were born. Period. Any attempt by anyone in DSS of any state or federal government or any attempt by any foster care agency or foster care family to interfere or try to block the removal of these children with their parents needs to be charged and prosecuted for kidnapping.
