Woman charged with medical, food stamp, child care fraud (NC
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A Raleigh woman has been charged with making fraudulent medical assistance, food stamp, and child care subsidy claims totaling more than $10,000.
Sugeil M. Candela-Figueroa, 33, was arrested Saturday and charged with felony medical assistance recipient fraud, felony food stamp fraud, and childcare subsidy fraud of greater than $1,000.
According to an arrest warrant, Candela-Figueroa intentionally deceived multiple branches of Wake County Human Services by claiming that the father of her children was not in the home. The documents say she also failed to report a second job.
As a result, the documents say she continued to receive public assistance to which she was not entitled.
The warrants indicate Candela-Figueroa illegally received $996.95, $3,790.00, and $5,511.30 from each of the three programs, though it does not specify which amount comes from which program.

Most of them who "just came here to work" also brought their wives/girlfriends with them and most them have U.S. born children receiving multiple taxpayer funded benefits. Illegal aliens should be identified and deported when they show up requesting free prenatal care. No amount of workplace enforcement will catch these nonworking invaders and once they give birth, we have a new "U.S. citizen" entitled to freebies for life.

Send these people out of here! So this is why they have fancy new cars and big houses. THEY STEAL. She probably has several id's and thought she was going to get away with it. I bet nothing much will happen to her. She will probably forget she cant speak English and ask for an interpreter and then claim she is a victim of miscommunication.
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends
