Check out the employers they have on it.
Was wondering to my self what would happen if it said complete job search for whites?

I just sent them my hubbys resume. They had a job posted that was identical to the job he is currently doing. If he gets it I hope he doesn't mind the 70 mile commute, but heck, they are paying almost 1k more than his current employer lol. I sent his out because it is such a perfect match, if he does not at least get a call for an interview, I think we might have something. I will keep you posted on the hubby's reaction when he finds out what I have done

I would think that it would be discriminatory under the EEOC. But SOME people don't think laws apply to them.

That's because the law has not been applied to them equally! They get away with whatever they please and then claim ignorance when they get caught, get a slap on the wrist (if even that), and then are back in business the next week.
