(Lincoln, Neb) The Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (NEOC) held a news conference today. Attorney General Bruning issued the following comments in response.

“The NEOC failed to provide evidence of discrimination in this case as well as dozens of other baseless cases they’ve sent to my office. Here, the NEOC failed to interview key witnesses and didn’t adequately investigate. Under Nebraska law, my office has sole discretion over whether or not to file a case for exactly this reason. [b]The Department of Justice simply will not file cases that aren’t properly investigated and lack evidence of discrimination.â€

this is a waste of taxpayers dollars to even spent time discussing something as "Ridiculously Anti-American" as renting to illegals . Should that not be the owner right ? I wouldn't want 3/4 family's jammed into a rental if i where a landlord . Less it was a piece of junk and i didn't care. This is the price you pay when you invade and suppress wages .
