WHO KNEW?!?...Illegal aliens are a cash cow for crooked mortgage brokers, realtors, appraisers, and loan officers!!! I'm sure they are contacting their Senators and Congressmen with money and influence to extol the virtues of "hard working undocumented immigrants" and their contributions to the economy and well-being of America.

North Carolina banker Scott Hastings, [send him mail] delighted that 20 percent of his institution’s mortgage borrowers are illegals
There is a figure that should be alarming to the shareholders of Mr. Hastings bank! But wait.....

But for the bank, this is a no-brainer. Federal mortgage insurance protects their investment in the event of a default. No risk means no need to be overly concerned with the legitimacy of borrowers—or their documentation.
What a deal! Yet another pick-pocket corporation with their hands in the pocket of the taxpayer! Are there any laws to protect taxpayers from actually being forced to subsidize this scheme? Oh yeah, I forgot! The laws are made (directly or indirectly) by the ones siphoning off our earnings, and enforcement is blocked by the same cartel so what is the answer?
