The solution is easy. They must be micro chipped entered into a surveillance database and then they can be monitored 24/7 365 with no fence or wall. The wall will be similar to an invisible dog fence. After being chipped and processed they are deported. If they come within 50 feet of the border they will be stunned by microwave pulse. This is simple and very effective. They will have an identity that is digital and we will have a secure border.

Big tech will be hungry to develop and deploy. The only problem I can foresee with this is the abuse of technology keeping citizens locked in and forcefully chipped against their will.
