    Pancho's isn't trying to ride the waves of the current immigration debate.

    That's the way they've always run the restaurant, IIRC.

    It's a buffet and the tables all carry little Mexican flags. When you want a "refill" after going through the buffet line, you raise the flag on your table and a waitperson brings you what you want from the line.

    We ate at Pancho's a lot with my older sis when I was growing up and I remember the little flags on the table and how we kids would get in trouble with the grownups for playing with the flags and raising them up and down. :P
