State Legislators for Legal Immigration had an announcement, followed by a press conference. The event was scheduled to coincide with the Pearl Harbor anniversary.

At the event it was announced that SLLI is going into a working parthership with FAIR and IRLI (Immigration Reform Law Institute). Speakers also called upon the federal government to put an end to the DERELICTION OF DUTY, and PUT AN END TO THE ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION.

This working partnership is developing a blueprint of LEGISLATIVE SOLUTIONS, which can be followed and will be applied at the state and local level to handle illegal immigration.

The event started with several speeches, taking up approximately 37 minutes, with the rest dedicated to questions and answers.

Thanks for this post. I made a choice between the internet and cable in my budget. Cable lost. I appreciate these posts that let me see the people involved in this movement.

I hope Tom Tancredo saw this. The accolade to his courage in forcing the American people to face the issue was good to hear.
