The employers equate all Hispanics whether they have just jumped the border or they have lived here in what is now the US since the 1600s.

Very good video that brings up good points. Many U.S. born Hispanics have been hurt by illlegal immigration. Construction work here in New Mexico was high paying for many years. I know a few Hispanics that used to work in construction but no longer do because of illegals taking their jobs.
