Why couldn't the American people sue Mexico in some world court?

We need a whole passel of lawyers - with backbones.

So now Mexico is worried about the environment?!
Sounds like they are grasping at straws now.

Central and South America say our fence would be and affront to them?

Some say that certain wildlike species have established migratory patterns in that region covering both countries. All that would be necessary is to breed a bunch of critters in captivity if some of them are endangered. There are a lot of natural events that change migratory patterns too.

The only disruption to migratory patterns that Mexico is concerned about is the one that they're illegals have established.

I must say, though, that I was impressed with how the news story showed how hypocritical Mexico is by running footage of the filth left behind by illegal aliens as they discussed Mexico's "concern" for the environment.
