    Senate Health Care Debate Continues, Cloture Vote at 8pm Sat

    We want them to vote No to Cloture so debate will not end and this does not move towards a final vote.


    Senate Health Care Debate Continues, Cloture Vote at 8pm
    Today

    Debate continues in the Senate on the motion to proceed to health care legislation. Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) has announced that she will vote yes on the motion. According to news reports, 59 Democrats and Independents have indicated that they will vote to proceed. Sixty votes are needed and Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) has yet to announce how she will vote.

    I had hopes that Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) and Lincoln might vote against it. Guess Landrieu just couldn't resist the $100,000,000 for her state that Harry Reid wrote into the bill for her.

    If Insurance Companies lose a huge chunk of the heath insurance market, they will make up the difference by hiking other insurance such as Life,Car Insurance etc.

    Its all about bribery. The dems knew it was dead so Reid and Obama did what they do best. Its now a done deal. This evil bill will go through no matter what we do to protest it. The dems pushed this through for a debate. Now all they need will be 50 votes, and the dems up for re-election can say they didnt vote for it. Its all a con game.
