    I don't know if I should laugh or cry!...I've heard people that don't live in Harlem, talk like this! Our destiny is in voter's hands as these... I really believe they should give pop quizes before allowing to vote! Scary, very scary.

    Yaeh people are generally uninformed, But our system is really confusing I got the vote book in the mail and its as thick as a magazine!?
    And the bad thing is that is the majority.
