    TSA rides again

    TSA rides again

    TSA gropes children
    AFTER they disembark from train
    Is anyone in charge here?

There's no security issue with people ARRIVING by train so these searches are not the usual total BS, they are total BS cubed.

    Brought to you by:

John Pistole - continues to have his head firmly up his ass (when he's not training Egyptian torture technicians...his job when he was at the FBI.)

Janet Napolitano - makes the other "Janet", Janet Reno, look good. Not an easy feat.

Osama Bushbama - the President who is letting all this happen, making Bush look good. (How is that even possible? And yet he does it every day.)

Here's the law that protects people from purposeless searches and other abuses by "officials." It comes in the form of granting legal cause to personally sue the blue-shirted molestors, their immediate supervisors and every other TSA idiot right up to the person who issued the order for this misconduct.

The legality of these kinds of searches for passengers boarding planes is dubious at best. For people getting off trains, it's got to be several runs below zero.

    U.S Code

    TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 21 > SUBCHAPTER I > § 1983

§ 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights

EVERY PERSON who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

Interpretation: Only judges get to act like total assholes with immunity. Every other official, if they attempt to use "the law" as an excuse for violating someone's rights, is PERSONALLY LIABLE to a lawsuit for doing so.

The US news media's fascination with TS^ ineptitude (and rampant illegality)
seems to have cooled since Thanksgiving/Christmas.

Too bad because things are better (read that: worse) than ever.

Now the TS^ is showing up at train stations, but you already knew that.

But they've got a new angle...

They're searching people AFTER they disembark from their trains.

No choice either. As soon as you step off the train, you're herded into a pen.
At least at the airport, you can walk away.

Prime targets for the full body pat down: young children. Who else?

Big thanks to John Pistole (TS^ head), Janet Napolitano (DHS), and the
    ever-lovable Osama Bushbama.

Passengers were forced to enter train station by TSA goons who swarmed them on platform

The TSA has been caught in yet another act of deception after claiming that passengers who were subjected to an invasive pat down and bag search after getting off an Amtrak train in Savannah, Georgia earlier this month did not have to enter the station, when in fact according to firefighter Brian Gamble, TSA agents swarmed the platform as soon as passengers stepped off the train and ordered them inside the building.

“(Lt. Brian) Gamble, who also works part-time as a travel agent, tells AOL Travel News he was bringing a small group that included other firefighters and policemen to Savannah for a Valentine’s Day getaway. They were among 30 or 40 people getting off the train when he says TSA officers ordered everyone into the terminal.â€
