    Investigators said a local man used fear and threats to scam some illegal immigrants. He used fake fliers to solicit money and warned Mexicans they'd be deported if they didn't pay up. FOX 4's Lari Barager has more.

    Why is the man who did this not being prosecuted ?

    If it's illegal to do what he did then why is he not being prosecuted?

    I suppose this was inevitable. Everytime there a chance to run a scam, someone rises to the occasion. When I first read the header, I thought it might be another one of those "Amazing Racist" episodes on YouTube, but reality tops fiction every time. He needs to be prosecuted like any other grifter, agreed.
