    VIDEO: Migrant Encampment Fire Hazard

The Police and Fire Department Officials have consistently told home owners surrounding the canyon that the illegal aliens living in the area do not use open fires. They state they have seen no evidence and that they do not pose a fire hazard. What will they tell them after the whole canyon goes up in flames? It’s going to happen. It’s only a matter of time.

Watch the video. Some of their campfires are directly under trees. The flames have gotten so high that the tree branches are singed.

I hope every homeowner living within a 50 mile radius of these sites see this video so they can update their property insurance. How dare the police and fire officals tell the local citizens there is no fire threat! Not only are these illegal alien squatters lighting open fires in this San Diego tinderbox, these idiots are throwing used aerosol spray paint cans into them. One can only imagine what would happen if one of them were to explode with all that trash and plywood around.

And what of the land owner? Shouldn't they be heavily fined or, better yet, threatened with land confiscation for turning a blind eye to to this problem?

Last, but not least, do the "immigrant rights" people, who showed up to protest this clean up really believe that Americans citizens should put up with these filthy, trash stewn, unsanitary "encampments"?

    Insurance Companies

It sounds like the fire insurance companies would be our allies here. Has anyone informed them? Does anyone know who writes most of the fire insurance in this area?
