WOW- Great Movie!! City Of God

I was thumbing through the artsy fartsy channels on cable last night, and I came across this movie, it had english subtitles and was staged in the 60's and 70's in Brasil. It was a very, very well done movie. What struck me about the movie was the lack of remorse for killing, and the little value that was placed on life. If you are looking to see a profound well written movie please watch this....wow.... I am still thinking about it now and usually movies dont do that to me much anymore.

That's an amazing film. I've watched it a few times. It's like a Brazillian Scorssese (sp) mobster flick.

If you like that one, check out Amores Peros.
