    As an American who has been turned down for jobs because I don't speak spanish only to come back a week later and find someone working who doesn't speak English, I know for a fact they do take jobs from Americans.

    Of course they take our jobs. They also take our water, energy, health care, Social Security, time, effort, land, housing, food, education, honesty, identity, citizenship, freedom, money, integrity, security...anyone else want to add to the list?

    And hey you people: I got a questionaire from Walter Jones (Congressman for the district where our NC home is) about whether or not I think the border should be closed and whether illegal aliens should be deported yesterday. Naturally, I sent it back along with a note thanking him for even caring what we think. Guess he's up for re-election and nervous because the Republicans are all in a heap of horse hockey.
