    Wasn't she a felon fugitive? Returning to the country after being deported is a felony and she should have been in jail before deportation. Now we won't see any evidence she really was picked up by ICE. How do we know if she was really deported?

    Better yet she is supposedly only in Tijuana. That's just a short little stroll to San Diego!
