    This is such a joke. The SSN gives 90 days to clear up any messes. When my wife and I got married, of course the IRS gave us crap because her name changed. The SSN had her new social security card, with her married name on it, in less than two weeks.
    They wanted her birth certificate and our marriage license, but it didn't take any time at all.
