From 1645-1715 the sun had the lowest recorded sunspot activity, it was called the "Maunder Minimum." It snowed in places like New York in July. Crops failed around the globe, people starved. It's known as the "Little Ice Age."

It was as recent as the 1970's that scientists were warning of global cooling. Man-made pollition accounts for less than 2% of all carbon emissions. One volcano eruption can counter years worth of conservation.

We were well on our way to environmntal awarenes until Al Gore (internet inventor) turned it into hysteria! In his propaganda piece "An Inconvenient Truth" Gore uses a sizzor lift to point at a graph that goes off his giant chart. Did he ever hear of a lazer pointer? Grandstanding at it's finest!
