Human Rights is not possible without border enforcement. If a Mexican national dies of deportation related causes, it was not a violation of his human rights because he accepted the risks of breaking the law. If a burglar is shot in the act, he accepted the risks of breaking the law. Breaking the law is the most violence one can do to human rights because outside the law there is rule of the stronger, kill or be killed, life becomes nasty, hard, brutish, and short. This state of lawlessness spreads to the people it is brought to whether it's the man in the house being burgled or the country invaded. Human rights is a concept of protection and safety that are non-existent without rule of law.
