    I thought federal law empowers the police to check when there is reasonable suspicion the person is illegal and one example given inthe law is that the person doe not speak English, that would be a reaonable suspicion that they are illegal.

    NO NO NO.

    That could take some "undocumented democrats" out of the country. Get it together buddy. Obama only allows laws he likes to be enforced. You are correct in theory thought that is what hte law is
