How can anyone answer such a question without first knowing who the 3rd party candidate is you have in mind?

    My choices to date:

    (1) Rep. Hunter (R-CA)
    (2) Rep. Tancredo (R-CO)
    (3) Rep. Paul (R-TX)

In that order. To my knowledge there is no 3rd party candidate running. Besides that, I doubt very seriously someone stronger than Hunter and Tacredo is going to throw their hat into the ring.

Your Candidates Hunter,Tancredo and Paul lost in the Republican primary elections.

    Clinton (D)

    McCain (R)

    Third Party (I)

Well, since those are the options it's a no-brainer. The Third Party!
I've voted for underdogs before and probably will again.

I'd vote for Hugo Chavez before I voted for either one of those two...

That is not fair, McCain and Clinton are the same person. I'd write my own in...Hunter or Tancredo.

No candidate has ever won as a write-in in a national election.
Why not vote for the third party candidate.

If the third candidate was as bad as the first two, I would rather make my point by voting in my first choice, because a bad choice is a loss anyway. How about you?
