Thread: Traitor Bill's attempt to stay relevant

Traitor Bill trying DAMAGE CONTROL with his goofy "this is not a blanket amnesty" plan. Read the provision about z-visas and such.

Each illegal alien would have his case reviewed by federal authorities. And they would decide who would receive a Z-visa to stay and who would not. That takes the blanket amnesty, something many American hate, off the table. It also allows the feds to make rational decisions about who's helping America and who isn't.

Under that banner, no illegal alien who commits a crime while here would be allowed to stay. Also under that program, no welfare of any kind would be paid to folks here illegally. They'd have to work for their living.

What BS! NOT ONE PERSON would be asked to leave. The bureacrats making the decisions would mostly be La Raza types. They would get welfare for the same reason others get welfare - the justification being tantamount to extortion with claims they would commit crime if they were not given welfare.

Biggest problem would be the Lawyers! They would appeal the hell out of every single denial. It would take years to deport anyone, if ever...Does anyone really think that Senator Ted would allow anyone to be deported at the discretion of a cruel immigration officer, without major judicial oversight and appeal rights? What would all the out of work lawyers do?

There would also be accusations of racism; Jesse Jackson would growl and moan in that phlegm-choked voice of his and Al Sharpton would scream about "social justice".

Another thing sticks out: isn't it already illegal for an illegal immigrant to receive welfare? If so, them why aren't these laws enforced? If they are not enforced now, then why would they be enforced under a new bill? This is more extortion! "We won't enforce the law unless you pass this new bill so Ted Kennedy can calm down and go grab a drink".

God, these people are despicable...

Well, they do one job we haven’t been willing to do. Look at the job they did on their old countries. Now they are making ours a great place to leave!
