I think that it is much more important to go after systemic problems than individual illegal aliens. We need to keep up the pressure on the politicians and pass laws to punish businesses whose profit model is based on hiring them than wonder whether the person with the foreign accent is here legally or not.

If I could ask something of a foreigner it would be if they are doing anything to strengthen the financial situation of their family where it lives. To much remittance money goes toward the purchase of food and for clothes that they would be better off producing themselves. Durable expenditure too often is buying or building a modern house which then needs to be maintained. It creates an incentive to go to the U.S.A. to earn the money to keep it up. Instead it would be better to invest in storage, new barns or a factory shell. Income from these can pay for a house more easily than the other way around.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
