Judge Jeanine Pirro, interviewed by Michael Savage describes the criminal implication of the events of the VA debacle. She names off a list of possible offenses beginning with negligent homicide, as it relates to the deaths of veterans awaiting care, she adds falsifying records, tampering with evidence, obstruction by intimidation of the whistleblowers, and others.

She says this is a situation in which RICO laws would apply, describing the Obama regime as “almost like a mob family.”
In regards to the Gitmo Five, she describes them as the worst of the worst, and she feels they were released in order to somehow keep his promise to the extreme leftists to close Gitmo down.
She shares the view of many that Bergdahl had wanted to move in with his new al-Qaeda Taliban bunkmates, we should have left him there and kept the prisoners. He made is insect-infested bed, now he can sleep in it.



She mentions how the regime added insult to injury when the Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel contacted Bergdahl’s family and offered support and medical care, while telling the American people we were unfairly rushing to judgment.

She’s not afraid to say it; Bergdahl should have been left there.
They discuss her call to impeach B. Hussein Obama of May 4^th and she thinks the midterms will be their judgment day.
Savage questions why the flood of illegals, as surely Obama’s Democrats would lose a fair vote, but he has concerns on the legitimacy of our elections. He is afraid that we’ve lost our vote. Judge Jeanine describes America as no longer recognizable, and they discuss why.
