Well, as we have found out, the answer is YES! So, to all those New Yorkers who voted to elect an open border Representative, stop complaining about the consequences of allowing millions upon millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, criminal and terrorist foreign nationals into the country.
