    DiBlasio's wrongful concepts and practices have only emboldened criminals and the public less safe. The man, a tourist had no idea that you cannot be alone asleep in a subway station at 3 am in NYC.

    The slashings are particularly ugly - as the video shows an innocent woman walking, a creep sneaks up from behind to slash her OUT OF HATE! Mayor encourages such with his police belittling.
