    We need to get non-citizens OFF the census too!

    They should not be counted as citizens of the districts.
    ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

    DO NOT REWARD THEM - DEPORT THEM ALL
