Thread: Anyone Familiar with This Site: USAGC?

I happened upon this site and thught at first it was a joke. I hope it is a joke. When I got to the fine print at the bottom of the page talking about winning free airplane ticket I really wondered if tihs is a scam site.

Any comments or anyone familiar with this? I hope it isn't real. It looks like a Las Vegas website for hitting the lottery.
