After 20 years of court battles, the BLM finally got a corrupt judge to issue a federal court order to have Bundy’s “trespass cattle” forcibly removed with heavy artillery, the family said. Heavy handed doesn’t begin to cover it here.

“The battle’s been going on for 20 years,” Bundy told theWashington Free Beacon. “What’s happened the last two weeks, the United States government, the bureaus are getting this army together and they’re going to get their job done and they’re going to prove two things. They’re going to prove they can do it, and they’re gonna prove that they have unlimited power, and that they control the policing power over this public land. That’s what they’re trying to prove.”
Bundy said the government has brought everything but tanks and rocket launchers.

I’m sick of this. I’m sick of the Feds breaking down our doors with SWAT teams in the dead of night. I’m sick of warrantless search and seizures. I’m sick of them seizing our property and forcing us to prove innocence to get it back. I’m sick to death of the spying and bullying. And I think the rest of America feels the same way. These jack booted thugs are taking away this family’s livelihood that they have owned and worked for since 1870… now they’ve arrested his son. Bring on the Range War you asshats. I wish I was back in Nevada, I’d be standing with the “Red Dawn” supporters out there. The Feds are saying the protestors violated a “First Amendment Area” that was cordoned off by these brown shirts. WTF? What the bloody hell does that mean? Hundreds told the goons they could stuff it and protested any way.
This is the fricking EPA Marxists at work over the endangered desert tortoise.

This is getting ugly and we know who probably will win and we know the propaganda that will follow....this is sad and this could be any American anywhere.....if things do not go back to land of the free this will be the way it is from now on....IMHO

The BLM says they're moving in, not to encroach on the man's property rights, but because Bundy didn't pay "grazing fees," which the Bureau has imposed on land developers "who disturb tortoise habitat on public land," according to the Associated Press.

Throughout the housing boom in the 2000s, the Bureau was earning enough to fund the Desert Tortoise Conservation Center (DTCC) in southern Las Vegas, a habitat "created in 1991 to house wild desert tortoises removed from the path of development and to use those tortoises to aid recovery of the species." Its operating budget was about $1 million per year.

Ammon Bundy, the son of besieged Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, told Infowars reporter David Knight today around 20 cowboys went on land claimed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and retrieved cattle.

"We gathered about 30 head," said Bundy. "We did have a small confrontation with them, but they didn't have the forces to do a whole lot. They couldn't mobilize fast enough and we were able to gather those cattle and get them to the ranch."

Cliven Bundy and his family are currently engaged in a standoff with the BLM over a long standing refusal to acknowledge a 1993 modification to grazing rights on land that Bundy asserts has been in his family since 1870. On Saturday, hundreds of federal officials, aided by helicopters, low flying aircraft and hired cowboys, began rounding up Bundy's cattle in northeastern Clark County.

Revolution Now In Nevada – What You Can Do To Fight Back

It is time.

A revolution without a shot fired is possible, and for those that have been wringing their hands over what they have been watching happen to the US and wondering what a single person can do about it, there is plenty.

Quick recap: Cliven Bundy is a racher who in the early 1990s was told that the area he allowed his cattle to graze was all of a sudden off limits, as dictated by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), in order to save some tortoises. He refused to comply since his family had been using that area for longer than the BLM even existed.

After a long, drawn out battle, now the federal government has come in, surrounded the family, set up de facto martial law, assaulted his son, stolen his cattle, killing many in the process, set up a "First Amendment free speech area," and have terrorized the whole community in Nevada in the process.

BIN friends and contributor Pete Santilli is there, militias are vowing to go stand with Mr. Bundy, the community is standing with him, and in the video below we see that Blaine Cooper and friends are heading there as well.

For those that cannot travel to stand with them against this brutal regime of federal agents, there is quite a bit that can be done.

SHARE - Every story, every video of the confrontation needs to be shared far and wide, write about it, comment, email those that have not heard, post to Facebook groups, Twitter, and all the other social networking sites.

CALL - The Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval issued a statement of concern over the "free speech" area set up by the fedeal government, Rangers, BLM and other agents, but he hasn't got off his behind to show up in support of Mr. Bundy..... call his office and express your outrage over what these terrorists in the US government are doing to him.

Call the Senator, the sheriff's office, every media outlet you can think of that is NOT reporting this situation.

Rancher's Supporters Told They 'Better Have Funeral Plans'

Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins has said that supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy, who right now is facing off with the Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights, "better have funeral plans."

The comment made in a phone call was revealed by Darin Bushman, a Piute County, Utah, commissioner after he spoke with Collins to discuss Utah ranchers and his fellow county commissioners who were incensed over the tactics used by the BLM in seizing Bundy’s cattle in southern Nevada.

On his Facebook page, Bushman wrote, "I was just told by commissioner Collins of Clark County NV that all of us folks from Utah are a bunch of 'inbred bastards' and if we are coming to Clark County NV to support Cliven Bundy we all 'better have funeral plans.' We should 'turn our asses around and mind our own f-ing business.' Now there’s some classy leadership for you."

Bushman also ripped the Clark County sheriff for being "too spineless to exercise his jurisdiction" by arresting BLM agents for trespassing and theft.
Once his comments became public, Collins said, "I’m trying to do everything I can to discourage anybody who tells me they’re coming here with loaded guns. I’m going to tell them not to come.”

Collins' comments aside, the situation at the Bundy ranch is beginning to turn dangerous.

On Wednesday, a heated confrontation between Bundy family members and armed BLM agents with a pack of attack dogs became briefly violent before it was broken up. Federal agents say a dog was kicked and they were pushed. Members of the Bundy family and a group of supporters say a pregnant woman was attacked by a dog, they were jostled and knocked to the ground, and Ammon Bundy, Cliven's son, was Tasered. Video of the incident shows the strapping rancher pulling the Taser leads out and, seemingly unaffected, continuing to argue with the feds, minutes after which the BLM agents retreated in their white SUVs to the cheers of protesters.

The BLM insists the protesters were blocking a BLM truck and threatening the civilian driver. The Bundy family says the confrontation began when a group of federal agents surrounded some people videotaping a BLM helicopter running down baby cattle. Ammon Bundy has admitted that he did climb on a BLM truck because he thought it might be carrying the carcasses of cattle killed in the roundup.

The BLM has surrounded the ranch with more than 200 armed agents and is calling in an unknown number of Rangers from out of state for reinforcements. Meanwhile, armed militia members have arrived from out of state to support the Bundys, and they say they are not afraid to shoot if need be.

So far, an estimated 350 head of cattle have been removed from the disputed land in the showdown that began with the federal government in 1993 declaring 600,000 acres that the Bundy family had ranched for a century protected acreage because of the allegedly endangered desert tortoise, a species that has notably survived in the area despite the presence of cattle and ranching activities.

To many people who believe in individual rights and liberty, Cliven Bundy has become a hero. To federal agents and the environmentalist groups who instigated the whole situation by getting the desert tortoise declared endangered and cutting off Bundy's century-old grazing rights, Bundy is a criminal trespasser and thief who owes the government more than a million dollars in grazing fees.

Bundy, it should be noted, is the last rancher in Clark County. There used to be others, but they all sold their land or went out of business because of BLM interference.

At least some of the Rangers present at the BLM standoff are ashamed of what they're doing, according to Cliven's daughter, Stetsy Bundy Cox. She told the Washington Free Beacon:
"I asked him, ‘What are you doing? Do you know what you’re doing? You’re stealing an old man’s cattle, his livelihood. He’s a poor man that doesn’t have anything,’” she said. “And I said, ‘You’re pushing baby cows’—I watched a baby cow not want to move and a helicopter swoop down and honk at him till he had to move.”
Cox said the Ranger said, “No, no, we don’t want that.”
“But I saw it,” she said.
“‘Well, well,’ and he goes, ‘I don’t even want to be here. Do you think my grandfather’s proud of me? You think I like this? You think this is fun for me?’”
“Then what are you doing here?” Cox asked him.
“He said, ‘It’s my job.’”

Arizona state Rep. Kelly Townsend, whom CBS identifies as "Tea Party Republican," was appalled upon watching video of Wednesday's Tasing. "It sounds dramatic," she told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "but it reminded me of Tiananmen Square. I don’t recognize my country at this point."

Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins has caused outrage by remarking that Utahns planning to travel to Nevada to support Cliven Bundy in his standoff against the feds “better have funeral plans”.

The comments were revealed by Darin Bushman, a Piute County, Utah, commissioner after he spoke with Collins about Utah ranchers and his colleagues on the County Commission complaining about tactics used by Bureau of Land Management agents during their seizure of Bundy’s cattle in southern Nevada.

After the story was picked up by the Las Vegas Review Journal, Bushman responded to the controversy by posting on Facebook, “I guess I’ve made an enemy in Las Vegas.” The commissioner also lambasted Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie as being, “too spineless to exercise his Jurisdiction”. Earlier this week, Cliven Bundy called on Sheriff Gillespie to start arresting BLM feds on charges of trespassing and theft.


Collins’ remarks were made in the context of him fearing that protests against the BLM could turn violent, which is ironic given that the only person invoking direct violence is Collins himself.


“I’m trying to do everything I can to discourage anybody who tells me they’re coming here with loaded guns,” Collins said. “I’m going to tell them not to come,” adding, “The Bundys want peace, they don’t want any violence going on so all these gun-packing folks just need to go home.”


Clark County commissioners will hold a meeting next week to discuss issues of decorum in response to Collins’ comments. It is unclear whether or not any action will be taken against him.


Bushman questioned Collins’ sanity in light of his offensive comments.


“This guy was just off-the-hook weird,” he said. “I’ve never ran into a fellow commissioner who treated me like that.”

Am I the only one who constitutes that as a threat of deadly force against un armed people????? Guess the BLM is pretty brave when they know the protesters don't have weapons with them...Remember though that door eventually swings both ways!!!!!



UPDATE So far a lot of people from every where are moving in to support the Bundys. Mr Collins "the Moron of Nevada" made a statement he never should have. What ever his plan was it did not work and most certainly not effective in diffusing this situation, if anything it got people to pay more attention and some are very angry at his statement.

The BLM are there with guns and the militia is showing up in force to protect the protesters. Still nothing from the sheriff and the Governor is only a mouth piece at this time...
