    Ford Motor Co. has the technology for:
    1. Hybrids
    2. Plug in Hybrids
    3. High mpg diesel

    It's an American company. What are we waiting for?
    We could have 50-50 diesel/biodiesel blends that would be agriculturally feasible. Add plug in capacity and you would have 80-100 mpg capability. Our area has lots of wind, so a plug in hybrid off a windcharger would be just fine. Or a natural gas fired charger.

    Lots of possibilities.
