The only real solution is for Guyanese abroad to invest in the economic development of Guyana

Illegal immigration is a universal problem and even places of such poverty Haiti, Honduras and Bolivia have theirs. Small numbers of foreigners who are there doing business or practicing a profession without a license. Heck Guyana has Brazilian illegals who farm there while squatting.
