The tenth drowning victim of the year is recovered from the river.
The body was found by a fisherman along the river, close to bridge number two.
It's reported the body may have floated down from Villa Hidalgo, Coahuila.
The victim has not been identified.
Mexican authorities are blaming the US Border Patrol for the man's death, claiming he drowned because agents made him turn back.

That is totally absurd. I've seen the Border Patrol here rescue people every single day from drowning in the river. Smart people don't try to cross a river if they don't know how to swim!
