It’s heinous enough that the criminal Obama has yet again flagrantly violated our nation’s laws, by illegally releasing the who’s who of the top-echelon Taliban cadre in the alleged “exchange” for the traitor and enemy collaborator Bowe Bergdahl.
Yet on top of that, Obama showcases and grandstands his overt Islamic Jihad in the Rose Garden before the cameras and microphones, grinning and embracing Bergdahl’s bearded Taliban-agent father, Robert, as the older Bergdahl recites, in Arabic, the Islamic war victory chant, and exults in the wholesale defeat of the United States–achieved, partly, by strategically sending his stealth rat son into and among the ranks of our armed forces, for the very purpose of defecting and eventually leveraging the release of Taliban commanders.
Contrary to the administration’s, and Bergdahl’s, false statements, Bergdahl was not“captured while lagging behind on patrol.” Nor did he “serve with honor and distinction,” as claimed by notorious Obama administration liar Susan Rice.
There is no question that the younger Bergdahl committed the crime (punishable by death) of desertion. Blatantly anti-American emails between Bergdahl and his father, discussing his desire to do so mere days and hours prior to his disappearance, prove it. The troops with whom he was deployed have gone public with the slam-dunk case that he deserted, and the Pentagon even acknowledged it as far back as 2010. Furthermore, irate members of the intelligence community are coming forward and describing that our government’s secret file on Bergdahl (officially sealed until 2019) confirms that Bergdahl joined the Taliban as a sympathizer and collaborator.
So why has the the Army been awarding Private Bergdahl scheduled promotions to Sergeant and Staff Sergeant in absentia, when it is plain and clear that he went AWOL of his own choice, and apparent that he helped the enemy to kill his former fellow troops? Too many of us know the disturbing answer: Obama has purged our military of patriotic leaders, and has achieved an anti-American coup throughout the Department of Defense and all levels of government administration.
Bergdahl’s former unit members have described how, prior to Bergdahl abandoning his post, he went to lengths to obtain information and understanding of the terrain layouts and hidden “avenue of approach” vulnerabilities surrounding his unit’s base of operations, making topographical studies and range maps beyond that normally required and sought by someone merely adhering to his duties as a sentry and soldier. Bergdahl gave every indication to his platoonmates that he was planning to go outside the wire, to “go
native,” and seek a life among the region’s inhabitants. He was reported to have specifically sought out the local Taliban, to replace his U.S. Army company as his new comrades-in-arms, adhering to them.

Later, after Bergdahl went AWOL, the base was successfully attacked by Taliban forces exploiting those very same hidden vulnerabilities, and our troops were exposed to far more enemy action and suffered numerous more casualties as a direct result of Bergdahl’s defection–especially the massive searching for him that was ordered by the higher-ups, and the general heightening of activity in that area of operations.
Instead of being a triumphant Trojan trophy in Obama’s engineering of the defeat of America, the traitor bastard Bergdahl should have been left to die among his new friends under whatever conditions, and the top Taliban detainees at GITMO should have been executed by firing squad long ago for their role in harboring Osama Bin Laden and the planners/hijackers of September 11th, 2001.
Mere impeachment and removal from office is not nearly enough. Barack Hussein Obama (along with Taliban operative Robert Bergdahl, with his campaign of jihad Tweets) should also be tried, convicted, and given the penalty for high treason against the United States. Quote me on that.

A Traitor Makes a Deal — Guess Who??

I think it can be unequivocally argued that Obama is a traitor. When he illegally makes a deal with terrorists, releasing 5 of the worst for 1 soldier who deserted after renouncing his citizenship, then the leader of our country is complicit in treason.

As each day passes, the evidence that Bowe Bergdahl was a deserter from the US Army and a traitor to our country mounts. He was taken by the Taliban on June 30, 2009. Bergdahl said that he was captured when he lagged behind during a patrol. There is no record of his unit patrolling that night. There is no other instance of any soldier being captured while “lagging behind” in a patrol in the 13 year war against the Taliban. Soldiers that served with him are now coming forward after being forced to stay quiet. They are giving a clearer picture of what actually happened.

Nathan Bethea states that “Bergdahl was a deserter, and soldiers from his own unit died trying to track him down,” he also stated that “Bergdahl was relieved from guard duty, and instead of going to sleep, he fled the outpost on foot. He deserted. I’ve talked to members of Bergdahl’s platoon—including the last Americans to see him before his capture. I’ve reviewed the relevant documents. That’s what happened.” Documents released by WikiLeaks show that the Taliban captured him after he left base, drunk, as he was relieving himself. Transcripts of radio traffic between Taliban members: “We were attacking the post, he was sitting taking s#$t”. He had no gun with him.” What soldier leaves a post in a war zone unarmed?

Cody Full and Gerald Sutton, men who served in Bergdahl’s platoon, spoke with Megyn Kelly of Fox News. They said that there was no question of his desertion. Full said he heard Bergdahl “talking about the terrain extensively” and that he spoke with the Afghan national police with a clear “agenda.”

Then there are the emails he sent to his father. Bergdahl emailed his father, Bob, about his service. The emails called America “disgusting” and a “horror” and that he was “ashamed” to be an American. He told his father “The US army is the biggest joke the world has to laugh at. It is the army of liars, backstabbers, fools, and bullies.” Then there is the issue of the letter he left behind. In it he expressed disillusionment with the Army and being an American and suggested that he wanted to renounce his American citizenship and go find the Taliban. Of course, no one will officially confirm the existence of the letter. I would be shocked if it is ever released, since it would show that the administration
knowingly traded 5 terrorists for someone who is no longer an American citizen, deserted and aided the enemy. You know, a TRAITOR.

Attempts to find this turncoat cost American lives. Those released in trade for him will cost us even more.

Now, Obama and his band of loonies, often called his administration, are saying they were “determined not to leave any man behind.” Is anyone else finding this statement hysterically laughable? Let’s look at not leaving anyone behind. First there was Obama’s refusal to send any help to Benghazi where he left U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, CIA contractors, Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty behind to be slaughtered. He personally refused to give an order that would send in nearby troops to help them, before and during the attack that killed them. What did he do instead? He went to bed, then left the next day for Las Vegas to party and attend a high dollar fund raiser on the taxpayer’s dime. I mean, really, because “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

He also has no problem leaving all kinds of US captives to fend for themselves. You know, the ones who aren’t traitorous deserters. People like Maryland civilian contractor Warren Weinstein who was kidnapped three years ago in Pakistan. Alan Gross, another Marylander and American hostage in Cuba. Then there is Pastor Saeed Abedini, an American Christian held captive in Iran. Apparently you only warrant the release of murderous Taliban enemy combatants if you are a traitor yourself. As Ted Cruz so very well put it: “Have we just put a price on other U.S. soldiers? What does this tell terrorists, that if you capture a U.S. soldier, you can trade that soldier for five terrorists?” It certainly does. That is why every US President until now has steadfastly refused to negotiate with terrorists. It puts every American citizen and soldier at risk.
Obama and his cronies are ignoring the fact, again, that he is breaking the law. Obama himself signed a law last year that required him to notify Congress 30 days before anyone prisoners are released from Gitmo. This wasn’t done. In fact, the whole law requiring the notice is probably unconstitutional. Putting enemy combatants in a position to harm America is treason, an impeachable offense.

Of course, Obama ignoring the law is nothing new. He has done it multiple times just with his own healthcare law. That he does it now should be no surprise. However, Obamacare doesn’t put people who have actively worked to kill Americans and plot our demise as a nation back in circulation. This does. And all for a traitor.

Wake up America. Our leader is plotting with the enemy for our demise.

Editorial: Surrender Without Honor — Pres. Obama Has Betrayed The Highest Obligation Of His Office

President Obama betrayed the highest obligation of his office — safeguarding national security — in trading five hard-core Taliban for the American serviceman who appears to have deserted in Afghanistan.
The five sworn enemies of the United States are now in the Gulf state of Qatar, where they are free to come and go as they like, beyond the watch of American agents. In just one year, they will be free to return to Afghanistan to fight there and stage terror attacks far beyond that country’s borders.
These facts were known to Obama when he made the deal, and yet he went ahead in irresponsible disregard for lives he has endangered. As the facts have emerged — and more surely will — it has become ever clearer that he lost his presidential compass in the Taliban swap.
In retrospect, his Rose Garden announcement that he was bringing home an American POW appears to have been a cynical act of theater.
Basking in the good feelings generated by the release after five years in apparent captivity of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, Obama characterized the Taliban release as a safe and considered transfer.
“The Qatari government has given us assurances that it will put in place measures to protect our national security,” Obama assured, while aides insisted that the U.S. would be able to monitor the five confirmed jihadists and dedicated killers.
Subsequently, the President elaborated: “I wouldn’t be doing it if I thought it would be contrary to American national security.”
But a Gulf official flatly contradicted the idea the U.S. could monitor the killers, telling Reuters that the Taliban leaders “can move around freely within the country” for the next year, and then “can go back to Afghanistan if they want to.”
Far from keeping the five under guard, a Qatari minister deemed them a “humanitarian case,” and his government flew in family to greet them.
Eventually, the facts forced Obama to gesture at the truth he had sought to evade. “Is there the possibility of some of them trying to return to activities that are detrimental to us?” he asked. Answering himself, he said, “Absolutely. There’s a certain recidivism rate that takes place.”

According to multiple experts, the Obama administration’s actions in facilitating the release of American prisoner of war Bowe Bergdahl was an obvious violation of law and could ultimately result in his impeachment proceedings.
Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy has a new book in which he details the case of Obama’s impeachment. The recent deal with the Taliban to release five terrorist subjects for Bergdahl’s return, he explains, is yet another route that could lead to charges.
Republican leaders explain Obama himself signed a law last year requiring him to give Congress 30 days’ notice prior to releasing any Guantanamo Bay prisoner.
Aside from the fact that Bergdahl has since been accused of being an Army deserter who expressed his shame about being a soldier and an American, the administration’s handling of his return has become a controversy in itself.
In a recent statement, Rep. Buck McKeon and Sen. Jim Inhofe – both ranking members of their respective armed services committees – explained that Obama not only violated the 30-day notice law but also failed “to explain how the threat posed by such terrorists has been substantially mitigated.”
The Daily Mail cites a White House insider who was stunned by the public backlash against the move, noting administration officials expected “a January 1981 moment” of celebration, as with the release of 52 Americans being held hostage in Iran.
White House sources contended that fears for Bergdahl’s health made his release a priority; however, Press Secretary Jay Carney would not confirm that assertion in a recent press conference.
McCarthy is far more concerned about the release of five dangerous terrorist suspects than in the administration’s failure to give adequate notice to Congress.
He said that “because high crimes and misdemeanors are not statutory offenses but political wrongs that endanger the United States, the return of senior terrorists to the Taliban while we still have soldiers in harm’s way is, in my view, a ‘high crime and misdemeanor.’”
The latest scandal is just one more piece in a puzzle that adds up to a president deserving of impeachment, he explained.
“If it was a standalone, I would never impeach based solely on it,” he said; “but I would add it to a larger indictment.”

Former Army Officer: We Were “Threatened” if We Questioned Bergdahl Story

Ever since Barack Obama traded five extremely dangerous terrorists for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the story has reeked of the same political strategy employed by the administration to protect the president’s ratings after the Benghazi attack.
The move was a blatant disregard of official U.S. policy, but Obama and illegal activities seem to go together like peanut butter and chocolate, so the act was hardly shocking.
As more facts come to the surface, the circumstances surrounding this deal keep getting stranger. After Bergdahl’s release, his father took to Twitter where he made some odd statements about Islam that he later removed.

Furthermore, Bergdahl stated in a video shortly after his capture that he had been lagging behind during his patrol, which is when he was captured. However, this seems to conflict with reports from anonymous military sources that say Sgt. Bergdahl abandoned his post.
Now soldiers in the military have come forward saying they were threatened with legal action if they spoke out or questioned anything involving Bergdahl’s disappearance or rescue efforts made to reclaim him.

“Not only has this nebulous non-story been put out for years but you know these soldiers of 4th Brigade 25th Infantry Division were threatened with legal repercussions if they spoke about Bergdahl. Everybody officially mandated silencing of what we saw has been so frustrating,” Bethea explained on BBC World Service Radio today.
Bethea served in Sgt. Bergdahl’s unit, and was an infantry officer in the U.S. Army from 2007 to 2014
CNN’s Jake Tapper also reported that many of Bergdahl’s fellow troops signed nondisclosure agreements agreeing to never share any information about Bergdahl’s disappearance and the efforts to recapture him.
Bethea explained that now he was safe, more soldiers would be trying to tell the truth of his disappearance.
BBC interviewed Bethea after he wrote an article for the Daily Beast, asserting that Bergdahl was a deserter.
“He is safe, and now it is time to speak the truth,” he wrote. “And that the truth is: Bergdahl was a deserter, and soldiers from his own unit died trying to track him down.”

If Bethea is telling the truth about Bergdahl being a deserter, then he should face a court martial for his actions, especially since they led to the deaths of fellow soldiers in his unit. On top of that, the question must be asked why the government would want this whole affair kept quiet. You can bet your bottom dollar that any time the government is forcing others to keep their mouths closed it’s because mistakes were made or evil acts committed.
President Obama was no doubt hoping that this situation would help distract people from the numerous scandals plaguing the White House, but his refusal to obey the law here is only compounding his problems and making the call for impeachment even stronger.
