CA-Protesters Oppose Deportation Program
Protesters oppose deportation program

By ALEJANDRO CANO
September 3, 2009
Protesters gathered in San Bernardino to express their opposition to the alleged abuses of he 287 (g) program.
When Rocio Martinez, 45, and her husband were stopped by a police officer while they traveled through Montclair streets on a Friday evening in mid-July, she never imagined that by the end of the weekend her family would be torn apart.
That is because Arturo Hernandez, 38, was driving without a valid driver’s license, and under the 287(g) program, he was a candidate for deportation for not having legal documents to reside in the United States.
“I need my husband back, he was the only provider and now we are suffering the consequences of an unfair law,â€

The arrogance of this illegal who thinks her needs trump driving without a license. They are suffering the consequences of their criminal behavior, breaking into our country and then breaking additional laws - driving without a license. If they had taken the bus this would not have happened, but of course they think they have more rights than citizens, including helping themselves to benefits without paying taxes (another crime) and identity theft (yet another crime). Who prints this garbage any more? Why not plaster the paper with stories of honest citizens who always paid their taxes, broke no laws, helped their neighbors, donated to charity and lost their jobs, identity and homes due to illegals?

She can stop whining and sniveling, pack up her brats and join him. He IS a criminal and 287(g) did the job it was meant to do.

.....Knowing all along that they were illegal aliens, violating the law and could be arrested and deported at any time, Rocio Martinez, 45, and her illegal alien husband met the fate that should be met by all illegal alien criminals. SHE ALWAYS NEW SHE WAS ENGAGING IN BEHAVIOR THAT WOULD EVENTUALLY TEAR HER FAMILY APART.....
