    Good!! Turn it back to the States so they can decide what they want and keep the federal government out of it. Only use feds at the borders and ports to keep foreign illegal drugs out of our country and out of our markets. The recreational drug trade must be domestic only, owned and operated by licensed US citizens from A to Z.

    Every tax dollar from sales needs to go 100% to drug rehab, law enforcement due to drugs, ER costs and all associated costs for drug addiction and overdose!

    This should not be a "slush" fund for the dirty rat politicians who see dollar signs and squander away!
