My May 4, 2026, column First Federal Indictment COVID-19 Cover-Up: Just the Tip of a Heinous Conspiracy covered a grand jury indictment in Maryland against David M. Morens. I provided the link to the official indictment.
DOJ indicts former Fauci adviser David Morens for allegedly destroying COVID-19 records, April 29, 2026:
“A federal grand jury has indicted David Morens, the 78-year-old former senior adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci, on charges that he conspired to destroy, conceal, and falsify records tied to investigations into the origins of COVID-19.
“The five-count indictment, unsealed Monday in Maryland federal court, paints a picture of a longtime government scientist who allegedly used private email, coached colleagues on dodging public-records laws, and accepted gifts from a federal grantee whose funding he worked behind the scenes to protect.”
Concealing the danger of those “gene therapy” injections passed off as vaccines has been underway for years as millions around the world, including our country died from them, have suffered life-time injuries and opened the door to developing autoimmune diseases. Crimes against humanity – all for massive amounts of filthy lucre.
Florida Grand Jury COVID shot report: Big Pharma engaged in ‘deception,’ hid ‘adverse events from the public’, Jan. 8, 2025: “A Florida statewide Grand Jury investigating the production and safety of the COVID-19 injections released its report Tuesday that found “profound and serious issues involving the process of vaccine development and safety surveillance in the United States.”
Convened at the request of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis in December 2022 “to investigate crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine,” the 22nd Statewide Grand Jury recommended policy changes reflecting the “deceptive” development practices of pharmaceutical companies as well as their collusion with the federal government to promote the controversial shots.” Rest at link.
“In the end, “Despite citing such serious issues concerning “deceptive and obfuscatory behavior” that have appeared to impact many Americans, the Grand Jury said it did not find “any indictable criminal activity.” Rest at link.
Of course. The amount of money big pharma spends on ads on the propaganda box (TV) is staggering. Not to mention how they sprinkle enormous amounts of money to state legislators.
That was Jan. 2022. I guess the grand jury missed what was in the Appendix in my last column cited above – one year before the article above:
Florida State Surgeon General Calls for Halt in the Use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines, Jan. 3, 2024 (Emphasis mine): “The FDA’s response does not provide data or evidence that the DNA integration assessments they recommended themselves have been performed. Instead, they pointed to genotoxicity studies – which are inadequate assessments for DNA integration risk. In addition, they obfuscated the difference between the SV40 promoter/enhancer and SV40 proteins, two elements that are distinct.
“DNA integration poses a unique and elevated risk to human health and to the integrity of the human genome, including the risk that DNA integrated into sperm or egg gametes could be passed onto offspring of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine recipients. If the risks of DNA integration have not been assessed for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, these vaccines are not appropriate for use in human beings.”
I, and probably a few hundred thousand Americans wanted a class action lawsuit against the manufactures of those injections. But as I learned from one of my dearest friends whose been a criminal defense attorney for nearly 40 years (primarily in federal courts), putting together a class action lawsuit is not a walk in the park. It takes money – lots of it.
The plandemic hit us in 2020. Some countries went berserk – thanks to bought and paid for media around the world mandating those worthless masks which causes neurological damage that can’t be repaired; do see the front page of my web site about those masks.

“Millions and millions of people across our state are doing the right thing, and it just broke my heart that people had such a disregard for their fellow citizens,” she told reporters.” Doing the right thing?

Yes, the laws here are different than theirs. In regards to actual vaccines, manufacturers were given immunity in case their product killed or maimed Americans. But, and I’m not a lawyer, does that immunity hold up if fraud was committed and it most certainly was passing off those COVID-19 injections as vaccines.

I guess Dr. Boyle was just another tin foil-hat, anti-vaxxer conspiracy nut. He gave many interviews before his death (Jan. 30, 2025) trying to get the truth to the world.

“In announcing the pardons, Biden said they should not be viewed as a tacit admission that they had violated any laws. The pardons prevent Fauci and the others from facing prosecution in the future.” Was that stack of pardons auto-penned signed since Biden couldn’t even remember the names of his pals in CONgress but he always knew where to get an ice cream cone?
All those pardons from a professional liar and life time crook entering the first stage of Altzheimer’s whose co-conspirators made sure through vote fraud Trump would not get elected in 2020.
Big cracks in the dam are starting. If only we could do the same as those dedicated in Australia with a class action lawsuit; money would be raised through Crowd Funding juiced by social media. My top pick for attorneys would be Tom Renz, Larry Becraft and (I wish) Dr. Edwin Vieira; I might have left out others but I can only follow so many…
What say you, America? Are we going to get justice for what was done to you, your loved ones and friends from those COVID-19 bio weapons sold as vaccines?
Since I write only one column a week, I just have to comment on the UFO documents/files release drawing a lot of attention and “see I told you so”! UFO’s and aliens have been to earth and are being seen roaming the skies here and there. Pilots swear they’ve seen up close unidentified ‘space craft’; I don’t doubt that at all. I haven’t had my head in the sand on the issue but for the past 60 years or so, it’s strange none of them land to say hi or attack us, at least I’ve not been able to find a single article on that which would have shocked the world.
Anyway, years ago I read a fascinating and I believe accurate book, The Great UFO Hoax: The Final Solution to the UFO Mystery by Gregry M. Kanon (published 1997); he’s no “blogger” in a basement. I’ve always thought the UFO phenomenon was a long running disinformation operation by the military-industrial complex. A great and entertaining distraction; you might disagree and that’s okay. Kanon’s book is very, very detailed with source references. He closes out with this: “Machiavelli once said: “The great majority of mankind is satisfied with appearances as though they were realities.”
No one should under estimate the military-industrial complex ($$$); a long history which would shock a lot of Americans and I’ll leave it at that and skip the UFO video clips currently causing a lot of speculation.
I believe bringing to justice those responsible for the millions of deaths and ruining people’s lives with those COVID injections is more important by far.

I haven’t had a shot since I was 5 (vaccines and the same for my daughter) except when I almost died from a AAA in 1973. Back then it was needles instead of one little device taped to the top of your hand a nurse could inject you without poking your skin.
