Thread: Continental Congress Mail In Ballots Must be Notorized Today

"Congress shall make no Law...abridging...the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

This November, delegates representing the People of the fifty states will convene as a national assembly for two weeks to publicly debate our Government's abuses of the Constitution and to consider practical strategies which can bring about compliance with our Freedom documents, not only in our government at all levels, but in our individual lives.

The Continental Congress 2009 will be an undertaking of historical importance as we follow the example of our Founding Fathers, to gather together and discuss the state of our Nation to restore the Light of Liberty.



The Continental Congress has 100 plus polling center set up and this is an actual legal election! The centers through out the US are listed on the following site:

If you cannot make it to a polling place to cast your vote for one of the
Continental Congress Candidates (people just like you and me) You can download and print out a paper ballot. This ballot must be sign in front of a notary and sent in or post marked by tomorrow the 10th. Being that today is Friday.....You will want to print it out today and obtain a notary stamp....I usually go to my bank to handle that its quick and easy and a free service.

GOOD NEWS: Each is speaking out about our national suffering and distress, which all agree would never have happened had our elected officials obeyed our Constitution.

Consider just the following ten violations of the Constitution, each of which has undermined our economy, our families and our nation:

1. Meddling in the internal affairs of other countries without any constitutional authority whatsoever;

2. Undeclared wars in violation of the war powers clauses of Articles I and II;

3. The gifting and lending of public money and credit to private corporations for decidedly private purposes – bailouts – without any constitutional authority whatsoever;

4. A debt-based, fiat currency controlled by the Federal Reserve System, a cartel of private banks, all in violation of the money clauses of Article I of the Constitution;

5. Direct, un-apportioned taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses of Article I of the Constitution;

6. Invasion of our privacy and a developing police state in violation of the privacy clauses of the fourth amendment of the Constitution;

7. Un-enforced immigration laws in violation of that mandate, plainly worded in Article II of the constitution, that requires the president to “faithfully execute the lawsâ€

When Mr. Obama spoke in a school in Portsmouth, NH on August 11th and at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Convention in Phoenix, AZ on August 17, there were a dozen or more ordinary citizens outside who were openly and legally carrying firearms. Two of those citizens were William Kostric from NH, and Chris Broughton from Phoenix, each of whom became instant subjects of widespread print and broadcast news reports and editorials.

Unwittingly, or otherwise, our dominant media outlets have again covered America with a blanket of propaganda that is hardening the positions of those on both sides of America’s growing Constitutional Divide.

The coverage shows a clear pattern of biased opinion masquerading as fact that could only add to the constitutional ignorance of their readers and listeners, while steeling the anger and frustration of the Constitutionalists.

Kostric and Broughton are long-time supporters of WTP, helping to create the record we have established regarding the Government’s failure to honor its obligation to respond to the People’s Petitions for Redress of violations of the Constitution. Both are listed on our website as Continental Congress 2009 Team Members who are working to make CC2009 a success.

To set the record straight and to promote the potential of CC2009 to peacefully and legally bridge the Divide and relieve our national distress, Kostric and Broughton are in the process of scheduling a press conference to be held this week. They have asked and Bob Schulz has agreed to participate.
