Inflatable Hamster Wheel... Again!

This 'adventurer' was running across an ocean...in an inflatable human-sized hamster wheel...and surprise, he needed to be rescued by the Coast Guard.
The really stupid part is this isn't the first time he's needed to be saved; he was pulled out of a similar contraption in 2014. Stupid!
