Dallas Diocese Defends Parish After Pregnant Woman Is Removed from Church, Threatened
Dallas Diocese Defends Parish After Pregnant Woman Is Removed from Church, Threatened with Arrest During Holy Week for Not Wearing a Mask
March 30, 2021
Deirdre Hariston (Hairston) is a young Catholic mother. Deirdre, who is pregnant, already has a one-year-old. Recently, Deirdre Hairston was arrested DURING HOLY MASS for not wearing a mask.
Three police officers were waiting for her after she went to Holy Communion at Holy Trinity Church. She was kneeling down and holding her baby when the police officer said she needed to leave the mass.
When Deidre continued to kneel and pray the police officer grabbed her arm and tried to lift her and drag her out of the church. The officer told her she was trespassing — by attending mass!

Deirdre later found out the main pastor ratted her out! The usher was in the background screaming, “Lock her up!”
The police officer then asked her for ID and told her she was going to arrest her.
She was told not to come back to this Catholic Church again.
Deirdre Hairston went on with Dr. Taylor Marshall to tell her story.
This is an insane video!

UPDATE— Now the Dallas diocese is defending the removal of a pregnant woman with a one-year-old child from mass after the incident.

More from Jack Posobiec.
Once outside, Hairston said the usher ran to her car and took photos of her license plate as police were taking her information. She also said she was issued a ticket for trespassing.
Holy Trinity, which serves the uptown community near Oak Lawn and Lemmon Ave. responded on March 29, two weeks after the incident and two days after Marshall shared the interview on Youtube.
In it, they state that Hairston wasn’t arrested or ticketed, merely issued a trespass warning. They also said the pastor of the parish has required masks at Mass out of concern for the health and welfare of its entire congregation. Hairston and her husband said that isn’t true. They said it wasn’t required – only encouraged.
Furthermore, the church expects “the faithful to wear masks out of charity and concern for others,” the church continued.
The Diocese is looking into the details regarding the incident, and said, “recognizing that this pandemic has been stressful for everyone, an increase in patience and charity is necessary during these days.”

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
