The Constitution says "Natural Born Citizen", this includes born on American soil and also born outside the USA to US Citizens (like McCain was). Because only Obama's mother was a US Citizen and under age 21 he is not a "Natural Born Citizen" if he was born outside the USA.

Oh let's just get this whole voting mess overwith. McCain's citizenship has also come under scrutiny during this campaign, being born in Panama.
I feel that whether Obama or McCain wins, not only will the Supreme Court be busy solving the outcome of the election, but will have to clear the dockets to redefine the 14th Amendment.

Then it depends if he renounced his US Citizenship in order to go to school in Indonesia and then reclaimed it through naturalization. I guess Congress and/or the Supreme Court would have to decided if he met the "Natural Born Citizen" requirement in this case or not.

He could not have renounced it knowingly - he lived in Indonesia between the ages of 7 and 10. THEY for sure considered him a citizen and a Muslim, but that doesn't mean that the US has to agree. Many formalities were neglected in that family.

I agree Doots. But do you really think the MSM would ever air any REAL news that would cause Americans to vote against Obama? It is errie the way Obama is worshiped and treated like some sort of golden calf or other form of a false god. Its like people are under some kind of spell or something. Maybe voodoo? I just cant understand why he has such a following, when there is basically NOTHING to follow.

His mother could have done it for him and it would be legitimate. But like I also said even if that happened Congress and/or the Supreme Court could decide he is still a Natural Born Citizen.

Nah...he should have slithered off to Mexico instead...they have folks there who have tons of experience in forging a birth certificate that will look more like the real deal. His grandmother knows where he was born. He probably went there to find out and if she says, "Kenya," she'll probably die suddenly under "mysterious circumstances."
